Be Well Studio will be open from 12pm-2:30pm every Wednesday afternoon for a social, wellness meet-up. Drop in and share something about yourself, make new friends and have fun.
The format is open, and every week we will choose a different 30-60 minute physical activity to do as a group. We will also have discussions, meditations, and creative projects. The intention is to bring people together, encourage each other in wellness, and build friendships.
Because this is an open format, you can drop in anytime during the event. We will keep the event page updated every week. You can even stop by for a 20 minute coffee break to see who is here. We are interested in how you want to use this free time with each other, and looking for people who would like to share ideas.
