The San Diego Chapters of Women in eDiscovery and the Federal Bar Association are proud to present a lunchtime seminar on Tech Savvy Trials. This seminar is an introduction to the available technologies that can enhance your presentation at trial, demonstrated through opening statement. Learn about the most current technology built into the Federal courthouse and preview the variety of evidence presentation software currently being used by practitioners.
This event is open to the public and we encourage all trial practitioners and support staff to attend. A big thank you to Judge Battaglia for granting access to his courtroom and to Jessica Gross for developing the presentation's content. The seminar will feature opening statements from Plaintiff attorney, Justine Phillips and Defense attorney, Allison Goddard with their respective technologists.
Please register via Eventbrite and allow 10 minutes to gain access through security. The federal courthouse requires a valid ID for each attendee and all technology to be removed from their bags prior to sending through the X-Ray machine. No cameras are allowed in the courthouse.
No lunch will be provided. Please do not bring food or drink into the courthouse.
