In a class specifically designed for all fitness levels and stages of pregnancy, you’ll learn stretching, breathing, and relaxation techniques to offer relief from the common discomforts of pregnancy, and practice down-to-earth methods for coping during labor and birth.
Laura Grace found yoga in college as a way to realign an overworked dancers body and to find a sense of steadiness through the chaos of the dance world. She completed the Anusara Immersion in 2010 at Willow Street Yoga Center in Washington, DC and earned her 200 Hour Yoga Teacher Certification in 2015 through Om Yoga with esteemed teacher Cyndi Lee. She received her prenatal Bec Conant of Om Births, LLC in 2016. Laura Grace is grateful to have had the opportunity to study with many incredible yoga and philosophy teachers including Douglas Brooks, Sianna Sherman, John Friend, Christina Sell and Todd Norian. Laura Grace is also a certified Barre Body Instructor, Pilates Mat Instructor and Kids Yoga Teacher.
