About Your Instructor: Dr. Robin Selzer has been practicing Pilates for 12 years and was certified to teachin 2003. She has taught mat, reformer, and stability ball classes in group settings, duets, and for individual private clients at various studios and fitness centers. Her classes provide instruction on proper form and leave participants feeling relaxed and rejuvenated.
