Maxine will be leading a noon hour practice (begins at 12:15 pm to accommodate those who need to walk or drive from work).

Midday and midweek, this class is intended to provide you some breathing room- in whatever way you need it.
This class is considered All Levels. This means Maxine will be catering the the physicality of the majority that attend. She encourages each participant always to move at a pace that suits their needs the most.
