Mummas, book in and bring along your 'not yet crawling babe' on Wednesdays 10-11.00 am for some beautiful yoga with Emmy. Mums and bubs yoga is a great opportunity to connect with yourself after pregnancy and birth AND connect with other mums and babies.
The courses are 4-week duration developing physical strength within the framework of a vinyasa Hatha yoga practice. You will also learn techniques in connecting with your baby on a holistic level. This includes skills in overcoming anxiety associated with the demanding role of being a new parent. You do not need yoga experience and you definitely do not need a quiet baby! The course is so much more than yoga, you will connect with your baby and with like-minded mums. ♥ Wednesday 10.30-11.30
