Mum and Baby Yoga Class: New 4week Course starting Wednesday 11th of January at 10am
A gentle toning workout for mum and a lot of fun for baby. Classes feature yoga, breathing, meditation, relaxation and lots of fun songs and games to entertain baby. A great way for tired new mums to get out and socialise without exhausting themselves.
Emily, a certified hypnobirthing teacher and yoga teacher is a mum of three, all of whom were birthed naturally in Dublin maternity hospitals, using Hypnobirthing. Emily teaches pre-natal yoga and postnatal mum & baby yoga in locations around Dublin and is a former journalist who currently contributes to media discussion on birth and normalcy of birth on a regular basis.
