This meetup is an outdoor stroller-based workout geared towards moms with littles. Each session incoroporates full body toning. Join me (Jordan Trautman, college lacrosse coach and certified strength and conditioning instructor) for a challenging but fun workout. All workouts will include strollers or a segment of stroller use. Every workout will last between 35 to 50 minutes. A printed copy of the workout and a healthy recipe to enjoy post sweat will be available after every session!
