Every Wednesday starting January 11 for 6 weeks. Looking to relieve stress? Through slow, gentle, and controlled Vinyasa movements and Hatha poses, this class will guide you through ranges of motion of the joints, practicing balance improved posture, and deeper and meditative breathing techniques. At the end of the class, you feel restored and refreshed as you tackle the day ahead. You will need a mat, yoga blocks (optional), yoga socks (optional), and a yoga strap (optional).
