As a new mother, do you want to do something nice for yourself and for your baby together? This class offers the perfect combination of yoga exercises to strengthen and support your postpartum body, interactive songs and play and dance with your baby to enjoy being together. You will learn new songs (or practice old forgotten ones), play interactive games that stimulate the curiosity of your baby and see the miracle of your child’s growth unfold week after week. Each week a combination of repetition and routine as well as just enough new is offered to keep mama’s enthusiastic and your baby happy. Enjoy seeing your baby’s face light up as (s)he reacts to the song and starts to participate with the sweet little hands and as you dance together and make contact with each other and other mommies and babies!
Please bring a carrier/sling to class! Comfortable clothes for mama’s to move in recommended.
Classes are suitable for mothers (fathers or grand-parents are also welcome) of new-born babies until they start walking. Class is bilingual combining English and some Dutch songs.
