Lizzie Murray. International Dressage Rider, Trainer and List 2 Dressage Judge.
Lizzie was on the pony and young rider European Dressage championship teams for 5 years before competing Internationally as a senior rider with many different, mainly home bred horses including Catherston Dazzler (reserve Atlanta Olympics) Catherston Humbug (short listed Sydney Olympics) Carherston Dutch Bid, Thean, Madonna 141, Catherston Decipher, Catherston Liberator, Catherston What a Dream and Catherston Springsteen as well as many more nationally. She has won Internationally and at the National Championsips and has been riding and training at Grand Prix level for more than 25 years.
Lizzie has received training from Harry Boldt, Herbert Rehbein, Bert Rutten, Henk van Bergan, Stephen Clarke, Carl Hester, Jennie Loriston-Clarke and more. So hopes to have many ideas from many different places to suit all eventualities.
Lizzie has trained many riders and horses at all levels in dressage and many three day event riders including winners at Burghley and Badminton.
Lizzie was involved in the training of 6 horses at the London Olympics. Lizzie is a UKCC level 3 coach. Assistant Dressage coach to British Eventing.
Lizzie has trained and ridden horses in all disciplines from youngsters up to top level and is keen to help anyone at any level who wants to improve.
