A little highlight about our guest speaker Susan Pualani Alden! We are so thrilled! We hope you will be too!
Susan Pualani Alden is the Founder of Mind Body Aloha Retreats and Executive Director of the non-profit organization, Warriors at Ease. She is a graduate of the United States Military Academy and served as a logistics officer in the 82nd Airborne and 3rd Infantry Divisions. After leaving active duty in 2002, Susan became fully committed to learning and practicing yoga, meditation, herbal medicine, and various forms of healing arts. For the past 10 years, she’s blessed to be mentored by native elders and immersed in indigenous practices such as hula, lomilomi, ho’oponopono, and the Native American Medicine Wheel. Susan’s classes, workshops, and retreats are an invitation to anyone wanting to explore deep personal growth and a call to visionary leaders seeking a deeper sense of peace and purpose. She has a passion for sharing native practices and principles in a way that anyone can embrace and use in daily life. Susan has been married to an Army Special Forces officer for the past 19 years and has two children ages 14 and 9.
