Our next block of Fitness for Moms will begin on January 11 and it will run for six weeks - every Wednesday at 10:30am! It's a safe space for baby and mommy. If you are/know someone that could benefit from this, please refer or let us know!

What? Fitness for Moms classes led by Dr. Sarah Wild - Pre/Postnatal Specialist! This is not your typical mommy fitness class. Our focus is on helping you return to exercise safely, respecting the changes your body has been through, and working to rehabilitate the body so that you can get back to the activities you love to do! Also, if you have any of the symptoms that are shown, she can help!
