Pregnant? New Mum? Would like to BeActive? We would be delighted to welcome you to 'Fit Mummies' Elev8 Dance Wednesdays 2-3pm
Did you know that being ACTIVE has so many health benefits but it can also be fantastic FUN and a great way to meet other new mummies and mummies-to-be :). Our classes will not only provide lots of information about exercising safely during pregnancy and following birth and the first year, but will also help to prevent or alleviate some of the common problems women can experience during pregnancy and post birth, including backache, pelvic girdle pain, incontinence, diastasis (separated abdominal muscle) and prolapse (which are not much fun!!).
Babies can join in too, we have slings that can be borrowed so that they can stay close to mummy :). 'Babywearing' is absolutely great for their physical development and helps to promote closeness and bonding, and they love the FUN of it as well!
We provide refreshments at the end allowing time to enjoy some social chit chat!
