Nourish your energy with in this one hour qigong session. Class begins with a guided meditation and an invitation for each student to briefly share how they are feeling (silently or with words) and be supported by the silent healing intention of the group.
Using specific movements, breath, and focused intention, this class focuses on releasing stress, opening up energy channels, and balancing the flow of energy in your body, mind, and spirit. Leave each class feeling grounded, energized, and empowered to add qigong to your daily routine.
Small class size ensures a connected and meaningful experience. Suitable for all ages and abilities and no experience is necessary. Wear comfortable clothes and soft soled shoes or socks.
