Workout with your baby in Babywearing Ballet! Reignite your self-confidence and grace with a low-impact ballet class. Dance with you baby/toddler in this beginning technique class that will strengthen, elongate, and tone muscle as you increase flexibility and bond with your baby!

This class begins with a barre warm-up, then moves into center work, and finishes with baby out of the carrier on a mat while you work on engagin your core and stretch clsoe by. Babies of all ages are welcome. We understand that older babies-toddlers may desire to explore and dance with mom outside of the carrier after time in the carrier. This is a comfortable environment meant to enrich your bonding time with your baby through movement and exercise.
Yoga pants or leggings and ballet shoes or socks are preferred. You will need a proper fitting baby arrier that can be worn tummy to tummy (baby's tummy to your back is fine too). No prior dance experience is necessary.
