Join us for the beautiful practice for mom and baby!
This practice is a unique blend of yoga for mom to regain important strength and connection to core while baby is engaged through activities & eye contact. Bonding time is even more fun at this age as we teach baby to connect, socialize, interact while building core muscles, developing coordination, and gaining flexibility to assist with walking. We will also spend some time loving baby, making important eye contact and soothing with gentle touches and stretches that can help baby sleep or calm down.
This class is 60 minutes in length, but mom's are encouraged to take care of babies needs as they arise. Comfortable seating is available. Mom's must provide their own baby toys if necessary. The entire room is padded so yoga mats will not be necessary. All exits and stairs are blocked for baby's safety and mom's peace of mind.
Please arrive a few minutes before the 1st class to allow yourself a few minutes to get settled. We will try to start and end the class promptly.
